Shipping & Payment Policy
Beautifully Selected. Delivered to You. Your MAGIO experience shouldn't end at the salon. Our online collection brings carefully selected professional hair and beauty products directly to you, with fast and considered delivery across our service areas.
1. Abu Dhabi - 2-Hour Delivery
MAGIO offers 2-hour delivery within eligible Abu Dhabi delivery areas for qualifying orders placed on or before 7:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery period.
Our 2-hour delivery service is subject to:
- The delivery address being within an eligible Abu Dhabi delivery zone;
- Product availability;
- Successful payment and order verification;
- Correct delivery information being provided; and
- Courier and operational availability.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the delivery time.
2. Complimentary Delivery
Delivery is complimentary on orders of AED 300 or more. For orders below AED 300, the applicable delivery fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
3. Dubai - Next-Day Delivery
Eligible orders to Dubai are scheduled for next-day delivery, subject to product availability, order processing, payment verification and courier operations. The applicable delivery option and charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
4. Al Ain - Next-Day Delivery
Eligible orders to Al Ain are scheduled for next-day delivery, subject to product availability, order processing, payment verification and courier operations.
5. Delivery Timeframes
We take pride in delivering quickly and efficiently. Delivery times are estimated timeframes rather than absolute guarantees. Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control - including adverse weather, exceptional traffic disruption, public holidays, courier delays, access restrictions or unusually high order volumes - may affect delivery.
Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
6. Delivery Information
Please ensure that your full name, mobile number, delivery address, building/villa information and any relevant access instructions are correct before completing your order.
If you need to amend your delivery details, please contact us immediately. Because our 2-hour orders are processed quickly, changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.
7. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient cannot be contacted, access is unavailable or incorrect information has been provided, redelivery may need to be arranged. An additional delivery charge may apply where appropriate.
8. Payment
All prices displayed on the MAGIO website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT will be included or applied in accordance with UAE requirements.
MAGIO currently accepts Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Cash on Delivery is not available. The payment methods available for an individual transaction will be displayed at checkout.
9. Secure Payments
Online payments are processed through authorised payment service providers. MAGIO does not intend to directly store your complete payment-card details submitted through our payment gateway. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
10. Payment & Order Verification
For the protection of our guests and our business, certain transactions may require additional verification. MAGIO reserves the right to place an order on hold or cancel it where payment cannot be verified, fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected, an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred, or the order cannot be fulfilled.
If MAGIO cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
11. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate replacement where agreed, or refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
